1. The service
bitmeden is a mobile app for keeping track, for personal use, of the expiry dates and stock levels of the food, medicine and cosmetics in your home. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Health and food safety notice
bitmeden does not give medical, health or food safety advice. Whether to consume a product or take a medicine is entirely your decision. The dates, reminders and analyses the app shows are informational only; the packaging and your own judgement take precedence. Ingredient analysis and skincare routine suggestions are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist or dermatologist.
3. AI output
Product recognition, receipt scanning, ingredient analysis, meal ideas and routine suggestions are produced by AI. This output may be wrong, incomplete or misleading; checking it is your responsibility.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. You can delete your account from inside the app.
5. Acceptable use
Reverse engineering the app, placing automated or excessive load on the service, attempting to access other people's data, and any use contrary to applicable law are prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. We accept no liability for spoiled products, missed dates, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Where data is stored only on your device, backing it up is your responsibility.
7. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Access may be restricted for accounts that breach them. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
